摘要
目的 鉴定与抗疟黑化反应相关的大劣按蚊血细胞。方法 采用姬氏染色法初步鉴定大劣按蚊血细胞类型 ,继而利用免疫细胞化学技术检测大劣按蚊血细胞内前酚氧化酶和丝氨酸蛋白酶。结果 颗粒细胞和浆细胞为大劣按蚊主要血细胞 ,前酚氧化酶和丝氨酸蛋白酶也主要分布于颗粒细胞和浆细胞内 ,其中颗粒细胞最常见。
Objective To identify the hemocytes related with anti malaria melanization response. Methods The types of hemocytes were identified preliminarily by Giemsa's staining, and then both prophenoloxidase (PPO) and serine protease (SP) were detected by immunocytochemical technique. Results The hemocytes were mainly granular cells and plasmatocytes in which Sp22D and PPO were distributed. Conclusion Hemocytes related with anti malaria melanization may mainly be granular cells and plasmocytes.
