我国幅员辽阔,地形气候条件都比较复杂,地理上有高原、山区和戈壁、沙漠地带,气候上也有高温和严寒地区。工程机械在这些特殊条件下使用时,各总成和部件的技术状况都将发生显著不同的变化,使机械使用性能变差。因此,研究工程机械在特殊条件下的使用特点,并采取相应措施提高机械使用性能,对延长机械使用寿命,提高机械工作效率,节约油、材料消耗和保证机械安全生产均有重要意义。
