摘要
目的 :探讨去甲肾上腺素 (NE)诱导产生心肌细胞肥大的机制。方法 :采用测定心肌细胞直径及3 H 亮氨酸 (3 H leu)掺入率的方法 ,观察NE、哌唑嗪 (PRAZ)及普萘洛尔 (Pro)对SpragueWawley大鼠培养心肌细胞肥大的影响。结果 :NE可以促进心肌细胞直径增大及3 H leu掺入率的增加 (均P <0 .0 1)。PRAZ及Pro均可阻断NE的上述作用 ,以Pro的阻断作用最为显著。结论 :NE可促进心肌细胞肥大 ,而这种作用是通过PRAZ和Pro介导的 。
Objectives:To study the mechanism of norepinephrine inducing myocardial hypertrophy. Method: The effects of NE.PRAZ and PRO on the cultured SD rat cardiomyocytes were observed by measuring the diameter of cardiomyocytes and 3H-leu incorporation of cardiomyocytes. Result: The diameter of cardiomyocytes was larger, 3H-leu incorporation of cardiomyocytes was increased more in NE group, compared with in control group (P< 0.05) . This effects were blocked by PRAZ and Pro. Conclusion: NE can induce hypertrophy of cardiomyocytes. The effect may be mediated by α 1 and β adrenergic receptor, and β-receptor may be more important.
