摘要
目的 探讨胆汁回输的有效时间和方法。方法 选择无胆道感染、择期行“T”管引流的胆道手术患者 12例 ,分别于术后第 1天胆汁引流后的 0 ,6 ,12 ,2 4和 30h留取胆汁做胆酸浓度测定和细菌培养。结果 胆汁引流 12~ 2 4h后胆酸浓度明显降低 ,且胆汁引流的时间越长 ,细菌培养的阳性率亦越高。
Objective To study the effective time and method of biliary recycle.Methods 12 cases of no biliary tract infection and selective “T” duct drainage operation were chosen,the bile acids concentration was measured separately and the bile acids’s bacteria was cultured at 0,6,12,24 and 30 h after biliary drainage on the first day after operation.Results The concentration of bile acids declined significantly after 12~24 h of biliary drainage,also,the longer time of biliary drainage,the higher positive ratio of bacteria culture will be increased.Conclusion It is best to recycle bile at 12 h after biliary drainage.
