试论印度鲜茧交易计价与我国评茧方法改革

Discussion about Transaction Price of Fresh Cocoon in India and Reform of Cocoon Evaluation Method in China

印度的蚕茧交易计价办法公开、公正,方法简便,值得借鉴。我国蚕茧标准多,但分级项目、指标不统一,检测技术不适应收茧现状,需要加以改革。建议及早研究制定较全面反映蚕茧质量的统一标准,快速、简易检测技术及全面实施仪评,方能促进蚕茧质量提高。

The transaction evaluation method for cocoons in India is open, fair and simple, which is worthreferring. While in China, there are many standards for cocoon evaluation,the rating items and indexes arenot unanimous. The detecting technology is not adaptable to the present cocoon purchasing situation andneeds reforming. It suggests that the standard which can unanimously reflect the cocoon quality and thedetecting technology which is quick and simple should be made earlier, and it should carry out negotiatedevaluation, only by which it can raise the cocoon quality.
