摘要
用预聚体接枝-扩链法制备了丝素蛋白改性聚氨酯膜,考察了反应温度、时间和湿度等因素对膜的力学性能的影响。结果表明改性聚氨酯膜具有良好的柔韧性,其力学性能明显优于脆性的纯丝素膜,有希望成为一种新的生物复合材料。
The polyurethane membranes modified with silk fibroin (pu-sf membranes) can be obtained withprepolymer as a grafter and a chain extender. It discusses the influences of reaction temperature, timeand moisture on the mechanic properties of the membranes. The results indicate that the pu-sf membraneshave good flexibility and their mechanic properties are superior to the pure silk fibroin ones’,whichmay be a new composite biological material.
