选用甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)作为真丝接枝增重单体,探讨了影响增重率的各种因素,得出了接枝增重的最佳工艺;并研究了接枝对真丝染色性能的影响,采用活性染料和酸性染料对真丝纱线进行了先增重后染色、先染色后增重以及增重染色一浴法3种工艺的探索。

With HEMA as grafting monomer for the weighting of silk yarn,it investigates the factorsaffecting the weighting percentage,obtains the optimized process and studies the effects of grafting onthe silk dyeing properties.It investigates such three processes as dyeing after weighting,weighting afterdyeing and one bath of weighting and dyeing with acid dyes and reactive dyes respectively.
