摘要
利用人工神经网络(ANN)的知识,构建工程机械故障神经网络模型,开发了基于神经网络的工程机械维修预测专家系统。系统在对机械被测部件进行综合数据分析(包括智能分析等)的基础上,可以及时合理的作出维修决策,从而最终实现工程机械的最优化维修。叙述了该系统的设计原理及实现过程,分析了系统的工作状况。
An artificial neural network(ANN) model of engineering machine fault was built by the knowledge of ANN in this paper,and an expert system of engineering machine predictive maintenance based on the ANN was developed.On the foundation of synthetic data analysis (include intelligence analysis) of engineering machine's supervised assembly,this system can work out maintenance decisionmaking of engineering machine in time and reasonabley,and can realized the optimization of engineering machine servicing finally.The principle and the function of the system was described.The work condition was analyzed and the plan of the software and the hardware of the system was presented.
