中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

Observation of combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的 观察中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效。方法 63例急性脑梗死患者随机分为 2组。对照组 3 1例 ,西医常规治疗 ;治疗组 3 2例 ,在对照组治疗基础上急性期加用血塞通注射液静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,黄连温胆汤加减 ,水煎服 ,恢复期加用补阳还伍汤加减 ,水煎服 ,配合针灸、推拿、按摩。 2组均 2周为1个疗程。结果 治疗组总有效率 93 .70 % ,对照组为 80 .65 % ,2组比较有显著差异性 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切。

Objective To observe the effect of combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 63 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. Patients in control group (n=31) were treated by routine therapy,and patients in treatment group (n=32) were treated by combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Xuesaitong injection and Huanglianwendan decoction in acute period) and routine therapy,with a course of 2 weeks in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (93.70%) was markedly higher than that in control group (80.65%, P<0.01). Conclusion Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine could effectively treat acute cerebral infarction.
