摘要
本文通过各种标准物质样品在原子力显微镜上的实验性测试,对涉及原子力显微镜放大倍率校准的相关的标准物质、图像非线性、图像畸变、针尖效应的问题进行了探讨,并认为原子力显微镜在针尖效应还没有解决前,进行带有一定置信水平的不确定度的放大倍率校准还尚难实施。
This paper study standard materials, image non-linear, image aberrance and tips influence concern about calibrating magnification of AFM through some experiments. Because current AFM exist tips influence, we think that is difficult calibrating magnification of AFM with an uncertainty at a stated level of confidence.
