摘要
本文对老年和非老年Wistar大鼠肾脏进行了组织学和超微结构的研究,并观察了长期限食和噪声对大鼠肾脏的影响。结果表明老年大鼠肾脏出现了一系列的退行性改变,长期适当限食可降低大鼠肾脏一些病变的发生率,但长期暴露在噪声中,大鼠肾脏组织结构无明显影响。本文还就老年大鼠肾小球肾疾的易患因素进行了探讨。
The histological and ultrastructural changes of the kidney in old and young Wi-star rats and the effect of persistent food restriction and exposure in noise on thekidney were studied. It was found that there were thickened basement membrane ofglomerular capillary, glomerular fibrosis, proteinaceous material within in renalcapsule, basement membrane thickening in renal capsule, dilatalion of tubule, castsin tubule, inflammatory cells infiltration, pigment deposition in tubular epithelium,fusion of the process from visceral epithelium of renal capsule, active proliferationof mcsangial cells, increase of mesangial matrix, tubular basement membrane thicke-ning and degenerative changes in convoluted epithelium. Glomeru-lomephrosis of theold rats was discussed. The incidences of several lesions were decreasad in the ratswith persistant food restriction, but no significant effect of persistant exposure innoise on histology of the kidney in the rats.
