左颈淋巴结滤泡树突细胞肉瘤1例报道并文献复习

Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma: a case report and review of literature

目的 探讨滤泡树突细胞肉瘤的临床病理特征及诊断、鉴别诊断。方法 对 1例发生于左颈部淋巴结的滤泡树突细胞肉瘤进行组织学和免疫组化研究 ,并随访。结果 临床表现为左颈部无痛性肿块局部复发 3次 ,镜检淋巴结结构破坏 ,由梭形及卵圆形细胞组成 ,呈束状、旋涡状、编织状排列。瘤细胞CD2 1、CD3 5(+ )。结论 滤泡树突细胞肉瘤较为罕见 ,极易误诊 。

The tumor composed of oval or spindle cells arrangerd in fascicles, whorls and a storiform pattern Immunohistochemically, the tumor cell stained positively for CD21 and CD35 ConclusionFollicular dendritic cell sarcoma is rare. A correct diagnosis can be difficult to make, and immunohistochemical and ultrastructural studies are required for its diagnosis
