目的 探讨survivin在胃癌诊断、预后等方面的意义。方法 利用RT PCR技术检测 3 8例胃癌组织标本和3 8例相应癌旁组织标本中survivinmRNA表达情况。结果 3 8例胃癌组织标本中有 2 0例survivin基因表达阳性 ,高、中、低分化胃腺癌的阳性表达率分别为 0 %、45 5%和 60 % ;发生淋巴结及远处转移的胃癌组织标本中 72 %表达survivin ,明显高于无转移组。 3 8例癌旁组织标本均无该基因的阳性表达。结论 survivin在胃癌组织中有较高的表达率 ,且表达具有高度肿瘤特异性 ;
