摘要
目的 探讨乳头状肾细胞癌的临床病理特征。方法 复习 10例乳头状肾细胞癌的临床病理资料 ,对组织形态、免疫表型及临床预后进行分析比较。结果 乳头状肾细胞癌组织形态可分两型 ,Ⅰ型 6例 ,Ⅱ型 4例 ;Ⅰ型常可见泡沫细胞浸润 ;CK7染色阳性中Ⅰ型 5例 ,Ⅱ型 2例。结论 Ⅰ型预后好于Ⅱ型 ;间质泡沫细胞浸润。
