超声显像对卵巢囊腺瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断价值

The Value of Ultrasound in Diagnosis and Differentiation of Ovarian Cystic Adenoma

目的 探讨超声显像对卵巢囊腺瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。方法 应用超声显像诊断卵巢囊腺瘤并与手术病理结果作对照。结果 超声诊断卵巢囊腺瘤 3 7例 ,41个囊腺瘤 ,与手术病理诊断符合率为 95 .1% ( 3 9 41)。结论 超声显像对卵巢囊腺瘤具有重要诊断价值 ,但应注意与卵巢囊性畸胎瘤及卵巢巧克力囊肿作鉴别。

Objective The study was designed to investigate the value of ultrasound in diagnosis and differentiation of ovarian cystic adenoma. Methods Ovarian cystic adenoma was imaged in ultrasonography and further compared with the surgical or pathological findings. Results 35 cases of ovarian cystic adenoma among 39 tumors was preoperatively diagnosed by ultrasonography, and the accuracy with pathology was 94.99%(37/39). Conclusion Ultrasonography is of great importance in ovarian cystic adenoma diagnosis, but the differentiation between the ovarian cystic teratoma and the ovarian chocolate cystoma should be made with care.
