下肢深静脉血栓形成的超声消融治疗

Application of Ultrasonic Ablation of Deep Venous Thrombosis (DVT) of Low Extremities

目的 探讨应用超声消融技术对下肢深静脉血栓形成的静脉再通中的作用。方法 对收治的下肢深静脉 15例患者以超声消融为主的腔内微创技术治疗。结果 15例病人 ,16肢体 ,14例超声治疗获成功 ,1例超声治疗失败。 14例超声微创治疗病人随访l～ 4个月 ,平均 2个月 ,自觉症状基本消失。结论 以腔内超声消融为主的微创技术是治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的最佳选择。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the ultrasonic ablation in recanalizing the occluded veins of DVT Of legs.Methods Patients suffered from DVT of legs were treated with ultrasonic ablation and other transluminal therapy.Results In 15 patients, 14 patients (15 legs) had acquired satisfactory results, one case failed. All 14 patients who had been treated by ultrasonic ablation were followed up in 1-4 months (average 2 months), all the symptoms disappeared. Conclusion The ultrasonic ablation may be the best method to treat DVT in low extremities.
