同时产PER-1型和TEM-1型β内酰胺酶铜绿假单胞菌的检出 被引量:10

摘要 目的 分析多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌临床株 (编号 0 10 7)对 β内酰胺类抗生素耐药情况及其原因。 方法 用改良三维试验分析 0 10 7株产生的 β内酰胺酶表型 ,以碱裂解法提取质粒 ,用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)方法扩增质粒的酶基因型别 ,并对阳性产物测序。结果  0 10 7号铜绿假单胞菌临床株产生超广谱 β内酰胺酶 (ESBLs) ,携有blaPER - 1基因 ,同时还有blaTEM - 1型基因。结论  0 10 7号菌株耐 β内酰胺类抗生素耐药的可能原因是产生PER - 1型的ESBLs和TEM - 1型的广谱酶。 To analyze the drug resistance and its causes of development in the clinical isolated strains of multidrug resistant P.aerugionsa (code No 0107)to β-lactamase antibiotics,the β-lactamase phenotype of the strain 0107 was detected by means of three dimensional extract test,and the plasmids in this strain were extracted by alkaline lysis procedurc.The type of the β-lactamase gene in plasmid was amplified by PCR and the PCR products were sequenced subsequently.It was found that the clinical isolated 0107 strain of P.aeruginosa produced extended-spectrum β-lactamase (ESBL) and harbored class A β-lactamase gene bla per-1 and bla TEM-1.It concludes that the cause of the 0107 strain of P.aernginosa to develop resistance to β-lactamase antibiotics might be due to the production of PER-1 and TEM-1 extened spectrum β-lactamase.
