活血化瘀治疗血瘀型胎漏胎动不安滑胎41例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Vaginal B(?)ding During Pregnancy. (?)tual A(?)rtion a(?)reaten(?)d Abortion Treat(?)l by the Methods of Activating Blood Circulation and Eliminating Blood Stasis: Report of 41 Cases

按气滞血瘀、气虚血瘀、寒凝血瘀、热蕴血瘀4型,以活血化瘀法治疗血瘀型胎漏、胎动不安、滑胎41例,结果34例有效,有效率为82.9％,其中先兆流产与习惯性流产疗效及各证型间疗效无显著差异。治疗后血液流变学指标及血清HCG水平均有不同程度好转。有效病例中随访已正常分娩者28例,其新生儿与正常新生儿比较无显著差异。

All the cases fell into the category of blood stasis in 4 types, i. e. Qi-deficiency, Qi-stasis, cold congelation and heat deposition and were treated with the methods of activating blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis. Results showed that 34 cases were effective, with an effective rate of 82.9%. There was no significant difference between threatened abortion and habitual abortion of all syndrome types The hemorrheological indices and serum HCG level were all improved in different degrees. 28 follow-up cases revealed normal delivery Their new born babies showed no difference when compared with normal ones.
