针刺、艾灸促进骨折愈合的临床观察(附147例疗效分析)

Clinical observations on the stimulative effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on fracture healing:A therapeutic-effect analysis of 147 cases

提要采用传统的针刺手法加用中药接骨艾条灸治疗胫腓骨骨折和股骨骨折98例,并设49例空白对照组,对病人的饮食、二便、肿胀、疼痛、患肢血流、骨痂生长、骨软消失及下床活动等情况进行了系统观察。结果显示:针刺、艾灸均有增进饮食、调畅二便、活血消肿、化瘀止痛等作用。并发现中药接骨艾条灸能明显增加肢体血流,改善患肢血循环,对促进骨折愈合和患肢功能恢复有良好的作用。

Ninety-eight cases of tibio-fibulor and femoral fracture were treoted by traditional acupuncture monipulations end TCD-moxn-stick moxibustion. The conditions of the patients, such as appetite, urine, stool, swelhng, pains, affected-limb blood flow, callus growth and length, off-bed movement, etc, were systematically observed, and compared with those of 19 cases in the blank control group. The observed and compared results showed that acupuncture and moxibustion function to increase the appetite, normalize both urination and defecation, promote the blood circulation,eliminate the blood stasis and swelling, stop the pains, and so on. The moxo stick used by the authors contains TCD stimulating fracture healing. Through the observations it was found that this kind of moxa stick con significantly increase the limb bood-flow, improve the limb blood circulation, and stimulate the fracture healing and the functional recovery of the injured limb. The authors considered that it is worth to be populized.
