摘要
介绍了冗余方式在现代集散控制系统中的应用,通过对电源、控制模件和网络通讯这3种主要的冗余方式使用范围下的具体事例分析,阐述了冗余方式的设计要点、使用方法和使用效果.同时,提出在系统设计时应遵循安全、稳定和适用的方针,选取性价比最高的方式,并根据在实际工作中接触的具体事例归纳了一些使用冗余方式所应注意和考虑的问题.
This paper introduced the use of redundancy mode in modern staple control system, and set forth the essentials of design, the usages and the effects of redundancy mode by analyses of some specific instances under three main using areas of redundancy mode, including power supply, control module and network communications. Meanwhile, this paper also indicated to comply with the guidelines of safety, stabilization and applicableness and adopt the mode having the highest performance-value ratio during the system design and further, based on some specific instances met during actual work, conclude some issues which should be noticed and considered while use redundancy mode.
