基质金属蛋白酶2和9与缺血再灌注损伤关系探讨 被引量:1

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinases,MMPs)是一组结构中含Zn2+和Ca2+的蛋白水解酶家族,共有20多个成员,根据其作用底物不同分为4类,即(1)胶原酶;(2)明胶酶;(3)间质溶素;(4)膜型基质金属蛋白酶.MMP-2和MMP-9属明胶酶(Ⅳ型胶原酶),MMP-2即明胶酶A,MMP-9即明胶酶B,它们是锌依赖内肽酶.MMPs参与各种生理过程,如排卵、骨骼发育、血管生成;并与许多疾病发生和发展有关,如类风湿性关节炎,肿瘤转移,心脏、脑、骨骼肌等缺血再灌注损伤(ischemia reperfusion injury,IRI)等.本文就MMP-2和MMP-9与缺血再灌注损伤关系予以探讨.
