影响工程造价的因素是多方面的,合理投资避免失控是一个系统工程。文章从不同角度进行思考,寻求控制工程造价的途径和方法。主要是加强对建设单位、设计单位、施工单位的控制,以及完善相关法规、制度及调控网络系统等。

There are many factors which influence the project cost. This paper tries to analyze the means for project cost control from different points of view. The means include enhancement of the control on owner, designer and contractor, and improvement of relative laws, regulations and controlling network.
