摘要
项目经理的不良经济行为,如随意签订经济合同、不注意合同条款谈判、拒付和拖欠民工工资、挪用和转移工程资金等,已成为产生施工企业经济风险的主要原因之一,必须从制度上对项目经理进行必要的约束,加强合同管理、把好合同签订关,实行风险抵押承包制度,加强成本管理和进度控制,加强对工程资金的管理,才能防范和化解企业经济风险,以维护企业的利益。
At present, the project manager's economic behavior already became one of the main reasons of the construction enterprise risk. Some necessary restraint should be given to the project managers. The management of contract, cost, schedule, and capital should be enhanced to avoid the economic risk and protect the enterprise interests.
