鼻腔鼻窦骨化纤维瘤9例

Ossifying fibroma in nasal cavity and paranasal sinus(with 9 cases reported)

目的 :探讨提高鼻腔鼻窦骨化纤维瘤诊治水平的途径。方法 :回顾性分析 9例鼻腔鼻窦骨化纤维瘤患者的临床资料。根据病变范围不同 ,其中 3例选择上颌窦进路 ,将鼻腔上颌窦肿块完整切除 ;6例在全身麻醉下行颈侧切开术。结果 :2例因手术切除不彻底 ,分别于术后 8个月和 9个月复发而再次手术 ,其余 7例随访 2～10年无复发 ,无并发症发生。结论 :鼻腔鼻窦骨化纤维瘤是一种以青少年发病为主 ,具有局部侵袭性的良性肿瘤 ,临床症状、特别是CT扫描是临床诊断的基础 ,彻底切除肿瘤是惟一有效的治疗方法。

Objective:To improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ossifying fibroma in nasal cavity and paranasal sinus.Method:The data of 9 cases with ossifying fibroma in nasal cavity and paranasal sinus were analyzed retrospectively and the relative liteatures were reviewed .Result:Two cases recurred after operation eight to nine months later and had to receive the second operation but the other 7 cases cured without complications.Conclusion:Ossifying fibroma in nasal cavity and paranasal sinus was found mainly in juveniles and was a benign tumor with local aggression.Clinical diagnosis was established by the clinical presentasion,epecially CT scanning.Complete excision of the lesions was the only curing treatment.It is easy to make a proper diagnosis with understanding of the dsease characteristic.Prognosis is good after surgical excision .
