摘要
利用有限元方法建立了刨刀模型 ,结合实际工况分析了在工作中的应力分布情况 ,分析了有限元结果与实际情况存在误差的原因 ,并得出一些有利于改善刨刀受力、提高其使用寿命的结论 。
The paper establishes the model of the plow tool using FEA method, analyses its stress distribution combining the real working conditions, and gives the reasons of the difference between the FEA results and the fact situation. In the end, the author also puts forward some proposals propitious to improving the plow's stress condition and increasing its longevity. All of those provide credible theoretical foundation for the design of new type of coal-plow tool.
