摘要
利用等离子熔覆工艺 ,可将Ni6 0A、高碳铬粉 (FeCr6 7C6 )及铁基合金等粉末熔覆在钢基体上 ,熔覆涂层与基体的结合状态为具有较高结合强度的冶金结合 ;熔覆涂层组织由大量的树枝晶组成。这种树枝晶是由高强韧性的固溶体及其上弥散分布的大量硬质相构成。起到耐磨骨架作用的树枝晶 ,使熔覆涂层具有较高的耐磨性。工业性试验结果表示 。
Ni60A, FeCr67C6,ferri-base alloys can be coated the steel base by plasma, and are based metallurgically. The microstructure of the coating include a lot of dendrites, which are made up of solid solution phase and many dispersion phases. A lot of dendrites enhance wear resistance of the cladding coating. By the industrial test, it is the plasma cladding coating that increases longer life of the pick and scraper transporter than the common.
