摘要
论述了用展成法磨削外球面的加工原理 ,介绍了磨具的选择和机床的调整方法 ,推导出调整机床所需要的参数公式 ,并分析了在磨削过程中可能出现的加工误差及产生误差的原因 。
The paper presents the fundament of forming spheral exterior surface in grinding machine and introduces the methods of choosing emery wheels and adjusting the grinding machine.It derives the formulae for adjusting the machine from the geometrical figure,and analyses the factors of creating manufacture errors during grinding the spheral exterior surface.It has instructive importance in practice.
