介绍了综采运输设备传动部综合实验台的系统构成、功能特点以及软硬件的实现。该实验台可实现 13种型式的功率在 2 0 0～ 6 0 0kW的减速器及匹配电机的综合试验、实现微机控制、实现技术数据自动采集处理。该试验台性能先进可靠、操作简便、易维护且自动化水平高 ,节能率可达 70 %以上 ,是适合于矿区机修厂集减速器。

This paper introduces the system'composing,function,software and hardware of a high-power loading-testing jig of the fully mechanical coal mining conveying equipments.This testing system can realize thirteen types multiple testing of the reducer and its matching electromotor whose power is between 200 and 600 kilo-watt,realize computer control and realize the data acquisition automatically.This testing system is simple on operation,and has high accuracy,stability,reliability and high automatic level.Its power-saving rate can amount to above 70 percent.It's a microcomputer testing system combined with the testing of reducer and electromotor,which is fit for the machine shop in the coalmine region.
