仙方玉容膏中黄芪甲苷含量的测定

Content determination of Astragaloside in Celestal Beauty Cream

目的:建立仙方玉容膏中黄芪甲苷含量的高效薄层色谱测定方法。方法:以氯仿-甲醇-水(13∶6∶2)为展开剂,扫描波长λS=530nm,λR=700nm。结果:线性范围0 25～4ug,回收率97 6～103 4%,RSD2 84%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、灵敏、重线性好,可用于测定仙方玉容膏中黄芪甲苷含量和质量标准的控制。

Objective:To establish a TLC method for the determination of astragaloside in Celestal Beauty Cream.Method:a mixfare of chloroform methanol water (13∶6∶2) was made as developing solvent,λ_S=530nm,λ_R=700nm.Results:The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.25～4.0ug,the average recovery was 97.6～103.4%,and RSD was 2.84% (n=5).Conclusion:The mothod is simple,sensitive,and highly reproducible.The content of astragaloside in Celestal Beauty Cream was determined by the mothed and quality standard of the astragaloside was formulated.
