摘要
目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定青果丸中芍药苷含量的方法。方法 :对样品的提取条件和色谱条件进行方法学研究。采用C1 8柱 ,流动相为乙腈 - 0 .0 1mol/L磷酸水溶液 (1 3∶87) ,检测滤长为 2 30nm。结果 :芍药苷浓度在 0 .5 0~ 2 .5 0 μg范围内 ,峰面积与进样量呈良好线性关系 ,回归方程Y =1 5 7.4X +1 2 .87,r =0 .9996 ,平均回收率为 98.78% ,RSD =2 .4 3%。结论 :本法提取方法简便、准确 。
Objective: To create a method of determining the content of paeoniflorin in Qing Guo Bolus with high performance liquid chromatograph. Method: To study methodology of abstracted and chromatographic conditions, we made use of C18 column, mobile phase acetonitrile -0.01 mol/L phosphoric solution (13∶87) and 230nm of detectable filtration length .Result: The content of paeoniflorin was within 0.50~2.50 μg; and there was a proper linear relationship between peak area and sample input with regression equation being Y=157.4X+12.87, r=0.9996 and average recovery rate 98.78%, RSD=2.43%. Conclusion: As it is of convenience and accuracy, this method may be used as quantitative determination for this medicine.
