加味麻仁润肠丸治疗功能性便秘58例临床观察

Modified Maren Runchang Pills for Treating Functional Constipation in 58 Cases

用自制加味麻仁润肠丸治疗功能性便秘 ,并设对照组作对比分析。结果 :治疗 30d后 ,治疗组显效 38(6 5 .5 2 % ) ,有效1 5例 (2 5 .86 % ) ,无效 5例 (8.6 2 % ) ,有效率 91 .38% ;对照组显效 1 6例 (2 0 .8% ) ,有效 1 8例 (31 .5 6 % ) ,无效 2 3例 (4 0 .35 % ) ,有效率 (5 9.5 6 % )。经统计学处理P <0 .0 1 ,两组疗效差异显著 。

cases of functional constipation were treated with this self processed medicine and followed by a comparative analysis of treatment group and control group. Result: After a month treatment, the treatment group showed 38 cases of marked effect ( 65.52% ), 15 cases of some effect (25.86%) and 5 cases with no effect (8.62%), the total efficacy being 91.38%. At the same time, the control group demonstrated 16 cases of marked effect (20.8%), 18 cases of some effect (31.56%) and 23 cases with no effect (40.35%) with total efficacy being 59.56%. There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.01) by statistics which suggests this medicine is very effective in treatment of functional constipation.
