升阳益气汤治疗小儿感染后脾虚综合征42例疗效观察

Clinical study on “Qi-Supplementing and Yang-Ascending Decoction” in Treating “Infantile Spleen Spleen Asthenia Syndrome after Infecvtion

目的 观察运用经验方升阳益气汤治疗小儿感染后脾虚综合征的疗效。方法 对使用升阳益气汤治疗42例小儿感染后脾虚综合征患儿进行疗效观察。结果 显效26例(61.9%),有效11例子(26.2%),无效5例(11.9%),总有效率88.1%。结论 升阳益气汤治疗小儿感染后脾虚综合征有较好疗效。

To Observe the clinical effical efficacy of “Qi-Supplementing and Yang-AscendingDecoction” in treating “Infantile Spleen Asthenia Syndrome after Infection” in 42 cases. markedeffectiveness 26 cases(61.9%) , failure 5 cases (11.9%),the total effective rate is 88.1% . thisdecoction is proved effective in treating “Infantile Spleen Asthenia Syndrome after Infection”
