小剂量托吡酯治疗各类型癫痫的体会

Research of small doses Tomax on all kinds of epilepsy

目的 探讨小剂量托吡酯治疗各类型癫痫的疗效及特点。方法 用开放性试验的方法,对29例各类型癫痫患者给予单药或添加托吡酯治疗,予25mg/d为起始剂量,每周加量25mg/d,一直加量到疗效最佳而副作小为稳定期剂量,观察12周。剂量为50～150mg/d。结果 托吡酯对各类型的癫痫都有一定的疗效,其总有效率为78.7%,有36%患者可完全控制发作.本组中单药治疗优于添加治疗,这可能与病例的选择有关。由于剂量小,副作用亦少,只有31%。结论 小剂量托吡酯治疗各类型癫痫有一定的疗效,由于用量小,具有病人依从性高,经济。副作用少的特点。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and character of small does Topmax on allkinds of epilepsy .Methods Vsing openly methods,29 patients with all kinds of epilepsy were given Topmaxonly or additionally,begun with 25mg/d,added 25mg/d every week till had best therapeutic effect and smallside-effect.The doses were from 50mg/d to 150mg/d and observed 12 weeks.Results Tomax has therapeuticeffect on all kinds of epilepsy.The total effective rate is 78.7%,36% patients can control totally ,Inour research,the effect on patients used Tomax only is better then on patients used Tomax additionally,that is relative to the selection of cases possibly .Only 31% patients had side-effect because of smalldoses.Conclusions Small-doses Tomax has therapeutic effect on all kinds of epilepsy patients.The smalldoses Tomax is economic,has little side-effect and good adherence.
