摘要 沙眼衣原体感染已成为一个社会公共卫生问题。泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体感染已成为最常见的性传播疾病之一 ,并易引起多种并发症。进一步了解沙眼衣原体感染的发病机制 ,并建立快速、敏感、特异的检测方法 ,将利于沙眼衣原体感染的防治。回顾了沙眼衣原体感染的发病机制、诊断与治疗方面的新进展。
