下肢深静脉血栓病变的彩色多普勒血流显像

Color Doppler flow imaging of deep venous thrombus in lower extremity

目的 :探讨彩色多普勒技术在下肢深静脉血栓病变中的显像特征及诊断价值。方法 :对 2 8条经X线血管造影确诊为深静脉血栓的患肢进行探测 ,对所获得的影像资料进行分析 ,并与血管造影结果进行对照。结果 :超声所显示的血栓存在部位与造影相符 ,血栓的形态、阻塞情况各不相同 ,显示的彩色多普勒血流状况及测值亦不相同。结论 :与有创的X线造影相比较 ,CDFI具有无创、实时、安全可靠的特点 ,是诊断下肢深静脉血栓病变的较为理想的方法。

Objective:To observe the imaging characteristics and diagnostic value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombi.Methods:28 cases with lower extremity deep venous thrombi,diagnosed by angiography, were further examined by CDFI.We analyzed all the imaging data acquired and compared these data with the results of angiography.Results:The positions of thrombi detected by CDFI were compatible with the results of angiography. The echographic features and types of the obstructed vessels were the same with the results of angiography.Moreover,the conditions of flow and data measured by CDFI corresponded to results detected by angiography.Conclusion:Compared with invasive angiography,CDFI as a non-invasive,real-time and safe method,is the better method in diagnosis of lower extremity deep venous thrombi.
