病毒嵌合疫苗的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 嵌合疫苗是应用基因工程手段构建基因能表达两种以上病原体抗原的一类新型疫苗 ,应用嵌合疫苗可解决多次接种问题。本文综述了目前世界一些国家研制的嵌合疫苗 ,如登革病毒、乙型脑炎病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、副流感病毒、人类免疫缺陷病病毒及人乳头瘤病毒等相关嵌合疫苗的研究策略和方法、免疫学评价及其应用前景。
