肿瘤热疗及其免疫效应 被引量:9

摘要 热疗已成为肿瘤局部治疗的重要手段之一。除热作用外 ,局部热疗诱发的机体抗肿瘤免疫效应 ,对热疗效果也具有重要影响。热疗可望成为制造肿瘤疫苗的方法之一。本文对肿瘤局部热疗与免疫及肿瘤疫苗的关系进行了综述 ,旨在促进基于热疗的生物治疗的研究及提高对肿瘤热疗的应用价值的认识。
