摘要
以糠醛、丙酮和环氧树脂为原料制备糠酮环氧浆材,研究了糠酮环氧净浆及其改性水泥地坪涂料的性能,讨论了固化剂、改性剂、催化剂、稀释剂、环境温度、水分及助剂等对地坪涂料抗压强度和硬度、弹韧性、流动性能和耐磨性等的影响。
The furfural-acetone epoxy paste can be prepared by taking furfural,acetone and epoxy resin as raw material.The performance of furfural-acetone epoxy net paste and its modified cement floor coating were studied.Discussions have been made on the influence of hardener,modifying agent,catalyst,diluent,ambient temperature,water and assistant agent on properties of floor coating such as compression strength,hardness,elastic-toughness,levelling and wearability etc.
