中西药结合治疗消化性溃疡的临床研究

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Digestive Ulcer with Yiqi Hewei Capsule

目的 观察中西药结合对消化性溃疡的临床疗效 ,并探讨其抗溃疡复发的可能机理。方法 消化性溃疡患者 95例 ,随机分为中药组 31例 ,中西药组 34例 ,西药组 30例 ,分别给予益气和胃胶囊、益气和胃胶囊 +奥美拉唑、奥美拉唑 ,均观察 3个月 ,采用放免法检测治疗前后患者血清及内镜下钳取黏膜组织中的EGF和PGE2 含量。结果 中西药结合治疗后 ,胃镜疗效 (88.2 % )及 6和 9个月控制溃疡复发率均优于中药组和西药组 ;血清及黏膜EGF和PGE2 含量均显著增加 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 中西药结合抗消化性溃疡复发的机理之一是增加血清及黏膜EGF和PGE2 含量 。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Hewei Capsule in the treatment of digestive ulcer and explore its mechanism. METHOD 95 digestive ulcer patients were divided randomly into a Chinese medicine group of 31 patients, a Chinese and western medicine group of 34 groups and a western medicine group of 30 patients, and were treated respectively with Yiqi Hewei Capsule, Yiqi Hewei Capsule plus omeprazole and omeprazole respectively. After 3 months of observation, radioimmunological method was employed to determine the content of EGF and PGE in the mucosa of the patients. RESULT After the treatment, the effective rate (88.2%) detected by gastroscope and 9-month recurrence control rate in the Chinese and western medicine group were both higher than the other two groups, and the contents of EGF and PGE were markedly increased ( P <0.05).CONCLUSION Yiqi Hewei Capsule can increase the cure rate and quality of cure of ulcer by increasing EGF and PGE in the serum and mucosa.
