阐述中国民办高等教育的理论基础,认为中国发展民办高等教育与以下基本理论相符:经济基础与上层建筑关系原理、终身教育理论、人力资本理论、教育的大众化理论,并详细分析这些理论与民办高等教育的关系.
The author states the theoretical foundation of developing non-governmental higher education, points out the developing non-governmental higher education conforms to some basic theories including principal of relations between economic base and superstructure, theory of life-long education, theory of human capital and theory of education massification, analyses the relations between these theories and non-governmental higher education.
