高铁酸钾处理含聚合物油田污水的研究 被引量:31

摘要 自制高铁酸钾(K2FeO4),对油田含聚丙烯酰胺污水进行降解和降粘的研究,探讨了初始pH值、高铁酸钾用量、反应温度对氧化降解以及降粘的影响.结果表明,控制pH值为3~4,温度为45℃左右,对低浓度油田舍PAM污水,投加0.001 mol/L高铁酸钾,在反应15 min时,PAM的降解率达90%以上,同时污水的粘度可以降至与蒸馏水相近,出水的油含量达到排放标准. Self-prepared potassium ferrate (K2FeO4) was used in studying the degradation and viscosity decreasing of the polyacrylamide-containing wastewater from oil field, with discussions made on the effects of the initial pH value, the dosage of potassium ferrate and the reaction temperature on the oxidative degradation and viscosity decrease. The results showed that with pH value controlled at 3 ~ 4 and temperature at about 45℃ and with 0.001 mol/L potassium ferrate added to the low-concentration and PAM-containing wastewater from oil field, the degradation rate of PAM exceeded 90% 15 minutes after the reaction started, while the viscosity of the wastewater decreased to a level close to that of distilled water and the oil content in the effluent water reached the discharge standard.
