染料酸性蓝水溶液光催化氧化脱色研究 被引量:7

摘要 以300W高压汞灯为光源,TiO2为催化剂,对光催化剂用量,H2O2的投加,溶液的起始浓度等因素对高浓度酸性蓝(Acid Blue)(1g/L)水溶液的光催化氧化脱色的影响进行研究.结果表明:TiO2的投加量在0~2 mg/L范围内,对染料的脱色率影响较小.仅加入Ti02,光照50 h,脱色率达11.2%;仅加入H2O2,光照50 h,脱色率达31.2%;同时加入TiO2和H2O2,光照50 h,脱色率达70.1%.随着酸性蓝起始浓度的降低,脱色率随之增加. The effects of dosage of photocatalyst, feeding of H2O2, initial concentration of solution as well as other factors on the decolorization of high-concentration(1 g/L)Acid Blue aqueous solution through photocatalyzed oxidation were studied with a 300 W high-voltage mercury lamp as the light source and TiO2 as the catalyst. The results showed that the effect of TiO2 on the decolorization rate of the dye stuff was insignificant when its dosage was within the range of 0 ~ 2 mg/L; the decolorization rate reached 11.2% when only TiO2 was added in with illumination for 50 hours, and the decolorization rate reached 31.2% when only H2O2 was added in with illumination for 50 hours; while the decolorization rate reached 70.1% when both TiO2 and H2O2 were added in with illumination for 50 hours. The decolorization rate was increasing with the decreasing of the initial concentration of Acid Blue.
