摘要
以淀粉、双氰胺、甲醛为主要原料,以钢铁酸洗废液为催化剂,引入添加剂合成了淀粉-双氰胺-甲醛絮凝剂。探讨了淀粉、甲醛、催化剂酸洗液的用量、反应温度、反应时间及添加剂对淀粉-双氰胺-甲醛絮凝剂产品混凝脱色性能的影响,并对印染废水进行了混凝脱色试验。试验结果表明:优化合成工艺条件为双氰胺21.0g,淀粉6.8g,甲醛55.2g,酸洗液3.6g,添加剂14.0g,反应温度(70±1)℃,反应时间为2.0h。试验表明产品的混凝脱色性能良好,CODCr去除率≥83%,脱色率≥99%。
A starch-dicyandiamide-formaldehyde flocculant was synthesized with starch, dicyandiamide and formaldehyde as main raw materials, iron and steel pickling waste liquor as catalyst and by adding some additive. An approach was made to the effects of the dosages of starch, formaldehyde and the catalyst of iron and steel pickling waste liquor, the reaction temperature and time as well as the additive on the coagulating and decoloring performances of the starch-dicyandiamide-formaldehyde flocculant product, with coagulation and decolorization tests carried out with printing and dyeing waste water. It was shown by the results of the test that the optimum conditions for the synthesis were such that dicyandiamide was 21.0 g, starch was 6.8 g, formaldehyde was 55.2 g, pickling waste liquor was 3.6 g, additive was 14.0 g, temperature was (70±1) ℃, and time for the reaction was 2.0 hours. The coagulating and decolorizing performances of the product was good, the CODCr removal rate was≥83%, and the decolorization efficiency was ≥99%.
