摘要 目的 :采用动物离心机建立模拟推拉动作的动物模型 ,探讨“推拉效应”对大鼠海马神经元bFGF表达的影响 .方法 :健康雄性Wistar大鼠 4 0只 ,随机分为 1 0组 (对照组 ,三种强度暴露后的 30min,6h ,2 4h组 ) ,每组 4只 ,灌注固定 ,取大脑半球 ,切片后应用免疫组织化学染色及图像分析技术对大鼠海马各区神经元碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)表达进行检测 .结果 :对照组和± 2Gz暴露后的 30min组bFGF呈弱阳性表达 ;而± 6Gz和± 8Gz暴露后 30min的实验组可见大鼠海马神经元细胞bFGF表达开始增加 ,6h实验组表达明显增强 ,2 4h后表达下降但仍较正常对照组高 .与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) .结论 :中。 AIM: To establish a stimulated push pull maneuver animal model through animal centrifugal animal and to explore the effect of push pull effect on bFGF expression of hippocampus neurons in rats. METHODS: Forty healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 10 groups (the control group, 0.5 h, 6 h, 24 h groups after 3 degrees of exposure) and there were 4 rats in each group. They were perfused and fixed and then the brain hemispheric tissues were taken and sectioned for bFGF determined of neurons in different hippocampus areas in rats through immuno histological chemical staining and image analysis techniques. RESULTS: In control group and 30 min groups after ±2Gz exposure, bFGF had weak positive expression. In the 30 min experimental groups after ±6Gz, ±8Gz exposure,bFGF expression was increasing while bFGF expression of 6 h groups was clearly increased, and 24 h later, the expression was decreased, but still higher than that in the normal control group. There was a significant difference in comparison with the control group ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Middle and high intensity push pull maneuver may cause an increase of the bFGF expression of hippocampus neurons.
