遗传性贫血骨髓穿刺标本的电镜观察

摘要 对临床诊断的4例贫血患者骨髓穿刺活检标本进行了电镜观察。观察结果表明:例1、例2分别为Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型先天性红细胞生成异常性贫血。电镜下,Ⅰ型患者骨髓中幼红细胞的改变主要表现为核的变异,即形成典型的海绵状形态,Ⅱ型患者骨髓中幼红细胞核形态变化不及Ⅰ型明显,但可见双核及多核幼红细胞,并常见网状细胞吞噬红细胞现象;病例3、4均为β 地中海贫血,电镜下见到幼红细胞胞浆内有电子致密包涵体。 Four needle bipopsy samples of bone marrow from patients with congenital anemia were observed under electron microscope. The results showed that cases 1 and 2 belong to the typeⅠand type Ⅱ congenital dyserythropoietic anemia respectively. The micrographs of caseⅠshowed the formation of typical spongy nucleus of erythroblast. The nuclear changes of erytroblasts in caseⅡ were not so evident as in case Ⅰ, but there were double nuclear and multinuclear erythroblasts as well as reticulum cells with phagocytized erythrocytes found in the bone marrow samples. The cases Ⅲ and Ⅳ belong to the β-thalassanemia and the micrographys showed a lot of electron dense inclusion bodies in the cytoplasm of the erythroblasts.
