表面节流空气静压润滑轴承性能研究 被引量:13

摘要  从雷诺方程出发,将静压止推轴承按气膜厚度不同划分计算区域,推导出控制方程的有限差分形式,采用超松弛迭代法对轴承静态特性进行数值求解.分析了不同参数对轴承性能的影响,研究了表面节流止推轴承内部气膜压力分布的规律,并通过实测值对计算结果进行了验证. A study on characteristics of externally pressurized surface-restriction gas thrust bearing is reported based on Reynolds equation. According to different clearance, bearing surface is divided into several computational regions in order to simplify the discretization of control equation. A SLOR method is employed to resolve the finite difference equation. Influence on bearing characteristics is analyzed using different parameters.The details of pressure distribution in the clearance are obtained. The results of good agreement between computational and experimental show effectivity of the research method.
