摘要
以杨氏公式为原理,在对具有不同润湿性的疏水复合薄膜进行接触角测量的实验基础上,通过建立数学模型对一些常用测定接触角的物理化学方法进行对比分析,以测试的结果为依据得到人为影响因素小,测量相对准确,易于实际操作的测量方法.结果表明,在一般实验条件下利用半球法测量接触角是一种科学、简捷的方法,如果辅助于液滴法,则测量结果更为精确.
Based on Young's principle and experiments, the mathematical model to measure the contact angle of composite hydrophobic thin films is built. Different measurement methods with the model are compared. According to the measurement results, a method with higher precise and easier operation is acquired. The results indicate that the hemispherical method is a scientific and succinct method to determine the contact angle. The results will be more precise with the aid of droplet method.
