Evaluation model of the exterior influencing factors of venture capital

层次分析法应用多目标评价决策,是一种十分有效的定性分析与定量分析有机结合的方法.对于风险投资业的发展而言,有众多外部因素对其起着不同程度的影响,其评价决策也是一个多目标、多层次、结构复杂、因素众多的大系统,因而运用层次分析法进行此类项目的评价与决策是合适的.本文阐述了层次分析法的基本原理,建立了定量评估模型,并对影响风险投资业发展的各因素的重要程度进行了排序,对风险投资业的发展会起到积极的作用.

AHP is a very effective method, which combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, to make evaluation decision with multiple targets. For the development of venture capital on which there are many exterior factors affect, the evaluation of the development is a large system which consists of multiple target,multiple hierarchy,complex structure and numerous factors. The authors use AHP for evaluation and decision of venture capital. This paper expounded the rationale of AHP, established a quantitative evaluation model and reordered many factors, which affecting the development of venture capital. The research hereby will contribute to the development of venture capital.
