静电处理沙棘种子促进苗木生长的研究

Study on Electrostatic Treatment of Sea—backthern Seed for Promoting Seedling Growing

本文通过机理分析和田间栽培试验,对适宜静电参数处理的沙棘种子萌发和苗木生长过程进行了研究,结果表明,静电处理提高了种子活力,改变了苗木生长节律——使速生期提前和变短,瞬时生长速率增大,改善了根、茎、叶生物量等生长性状,对提高苗木质量具有显著作用。

In this Paper,the author carried on the study of germination of sea—backthern seed and its seedlinggrowth throgh suitable electrostatic parameter treatment.By means of mechanism analysis and field test,the result showed that the electrostatic treatment can promote seed vitality,and change the stock growinglaw—the fast growth time in advance and shortening,as well as the instantaneous growth rate increas-ing.Therefore,it will improve the growing characters of roots,stems,leaves and biomass,it has obvi-ous effect to improve the seedling quality of sea—backthern.
