摘要
本文讨论了ZnS陶瓷材料两个波段 (3- 5 μm和 8- 12 μm)的透过特性 ,采用非λ/4系的双层膜系设计 ,并优化了膜系设计方案 ,编制了相应的计算程序 ,在此基础上计算出符合要求的双层膜系的参数 ,并以ZnS为基片制备了双层双面镀膜样品。测试结果红外 (3- 5 μm和 8-12 μm)透过率超过 70 %。
The transparency characteristics to IR wave of ZnS ceramics are discussed in this thesis. The design of film system are optimized with non-λ/4 wavelength double-deck film in this paper. To calculate proper parameters for double-deck film application., a suitable software is programmed and two-side and double-deck film plating samples based on ZnS ceramics are made too. The survey methods of wave-transparent are probed, and its measurement is: the compatible transmission ratio of IR(3-5μm and 8-12μm)surpasses 70%.
